When do I receive my annual report?
Your first report is delivered within 24 hours of subscribing. Subsequent reports are delivered on the anniversary of your subscription, plus or minus a few days to ensure optimal satellite imagery.
What if my roof score drops significantly between years?
A drop of more than 10 points in a single year is flagged as an anomaly in the report. We include a recommendation to investigate — the cause could be storm damage, accelerated aging, or a developing issue worth addressing before it worsens.
Can I switch the monitored address?
Yes. If you move, contact us to update the monitored address. Your subscription and pricing carry over. The new address starts fresh without year-over-year comparison data, which builds from the first report onward.
How is this different from the one-time Satellite Roof Inspection Report?
The one-time report is a snapshot — a single point-in-time assessment. The annual subscription adds longitudinal tracking: you see how your roof changes over time, which is far more valuable for predicting when replacement will actually be needed.
