We inspect every square foot of plywood for rot, soft spots, and old nail damage, then rebuild the system correctly: synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield in the valleys and eaves, new flashing at every penetration, and GAF Timberline HDZ or Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles.

Do I have to be home during the work?▼
No. You do not need to be on site. We recommend moving cars out of the driveway and taking anything fragile off the walls, since there is vibration during tear-off.
What if you find rotten decking?▼
We price deck replacement at $65 per 4x8 sheet, flat. We photograph every bad section before we cover it and you approve the final count at closeout. No mystery charges.
Do you pull the permit?▼
Yes. We pull every permit in both Missouri and Illinois and schedule the final inspection. You do not deal with the city.
What is the warranty?▼
