Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vulcan Construction website (vulcanconstruction.com) or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

Vulcan Construction provides roofing estimates, inspections, roof replacement, roof repair, and storm damage assessment services for residential and commercial properties.

Online estimates generated through our website are preliminary and based on the information you provide plus satellite measurements. They are not binding contracts. A final scope of work and pricing will be determined after an in-person inspection.

Estimates & Pricing

Estimates provided through our online tool are approximate and intended to give you a realistic price range. Final pricing is determined after a professional on-site inspection of your property.

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Material costs and availability may fluctuate, and pricing may be adjusted after the validity period.

Any changes to the scope of work after an agreement is signed may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work proceeds.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We offer free roof inspections at no obligation. You may reschedule or cancel an inspection at any time. We appreciate 24 hours notice for cancellations so we can offer the time slot to another customer.

For scheduled roofing work, cancellation terms will be outlined in your project contract. Weather delays and material availability may affect scheduling, and we will communicate any changes promptly.

Payment Terms

A deposit is required before roofing work begins. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your project contract.

Final payment is due upon completion of work and your satisfaction with the results. We accept payments through Stripe, which provides secure, encrypted payment processing.

Late payments may be subject to fees as outlined in your contract.

Warranty

Vulcan Construction stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, duration, and coverage will be detailed in your project contract.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by each manufacturer.

Warranty claims should be submitted in writing to legal@vulcanconstruction.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulcan Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to damages resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Service Area

Vulcan Construction currently serves the St. Louis and Chicago metropolitan areas, within approximately 75 miles of each city center. Service availability outside these areas is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

All content on vulcanconstruction.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design — is the property of Vulcan Construction or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which your project is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable state.
