Commercial-grade plumbing. Operating-facility calm.
Licensed plumbing contracting for residential remodels and commercial projects in the Saint Louis metro. Minimum project size $10,000 — below that we refer you to a partner who fits the job better.
Saint Louis only. In Chicago we handle roofing and general construction, but not plumbing trades.
Who this is for
Serious projects, serious clients.
- Homeowners remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, or whole homes
- Property managers running 20+ doors of multifamily
- Restaurant + hospitality groups with 2+ locations
- Medical, dental, and veterinary facility owners
- Commercial real-estate owners on TI build-outs
- GCs needing a plumbing partner under one license
What we take
Every scope below is in-bench and self-performed or directly managed. Nothing subcontracted to a partner we haven’t personally vetted.
Commercial build-out rough-in
New-construction and tenant-improvement plumbing: waste, vent, and supply for restaurant kitchens, medical suites, retail, and office. Coordinated with HVAC + electrical so your one-bid price stays accurate.
Multifamily retrofit
Stack replacements, horizontal mains, unit-by-unit fixture upgrades in occupied buildings. We stage work so tenants lose water for hours, not days, and every unit gets documented punch-out.
Backflow prevention + compliance
Installation, testing, and annual certification for municipal backflow requirements. We keep a permit log so your compliance officer sleeps at night and your audit trail survives scrutiny.
Sewer line replacement + repair
Trenchless and open-cut sewer replacement for residential and commercial service lines. Full permitting, traffic control, landscape restoration, and municipal coordination. Scope ranges from a 40-foot residential service to a half-block commercial main.
Whole-home + gut-rehab re-pipe
Replacing failing galvanized, polybutylene, or aging copper with PEX or type-L copper. Typical scope on older STL brick two-families and CHI greystones. We stage around occupancy and document every run for the inspector.
Emergency response (existing clients)
24-hour response for contracted property-management accounts. Burst lines, sewage backups, water-heater failures on commercial systems. Not a service we offer cold — we respond to buildings we already know.
Design-build consulting
For GCs who need plumbing scoped before the architect finishes. We write the fixture schedule, load calcs, and DWV diagram so the plan goes to permit the first time instead of the third.
How a project runs
Site survey
Licensed master plumber walks the building, reviews plans, and documents existing conditions. No remote-only bids on commercial work — we see what we're pricing.
Engineered scope + fixed bid
Detailed scope-of-work with fixture schedule, material callouts, schedule, and permit costs. Change-orders priced up front before work begins.
Permit + execute
We pull every permit, coordinate with the AHJ, and run the install with a dedicated PM who reports weekly. Multifamily work includes tenant-notification plans.
Inspection + warranty
Final municipal inspection, punch-list close-out before final payment, and a 5-year workmanship warranty on everything we self-perform.
License + insurance
- Missouri master plumber license (STL metro)
- $2M commercial general liability
- Municipal backflow testing certified
- Permit + bond history across STL-area jurisdictions
- 5-year workmanship warranty on self-performed work
Straight answers
Do you do residential work?+
Yes — whole-bath + kitchen remodels, sewer replacements, and gut-rehab re-pipes starting at $10,000. For single-fixture service calls or leak chases under that threshold we refer to residential plumbers we trust.
Which licenses do you hold?+
Missouri master plumber license with commercial and multifamily endorsements, plus municipal backflow testing certifications for the STL-area jurisdictions where we operate. License numbers on request.
Do you work in Chicago?+
No. Plumbing is Saint Louis only. In Chicago we handle roofing and general construction (additions, remodels, commercial build-outs), but plumbing trades stay on the STL side of our bench.
How fast can you respond to an emergency?+
For STL-area buildings on our retainer roster, within 2 hours. For non-contracted properties, we do not offer cold emergency response — we introduce you to a partner who does.
Can you work with our existing plumber?+
Yes. We regularly take scope that the in-house plumber can't cover — stack replacements, backflow certification, design-build rough-ins. We hand back punch-list-closed work so the existing relationship stays intact.
Are you bonded + insured for commercial work?+
Yes. $2M general liability, $2M auto, workers' comp in both states, and bonded for municipal permits in every jurisdiction we operate in. Certificates available inside a day.
